About me
I have more then 20 years of multi-state experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources, with deep expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, and HR governance. I have held senior leadership roles, including Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and currently provide independent advisory services to organizations seeking thoughtful guidance on sensitive workplace matters.
My focus includes advising leadership on complex employee relations matters, supporting workplace investigations, and developing HR policies and governance frameworks designed to promote consistent and compliant workplace practices.
I hold a degree from Fordham University and completed advanced education culminating in a certificate in Employment Law from Cornell University.
